Product details
This waistcoat begins with hemp grown and processed in the province of Vicenza. The fabric is woven on mid-19th-century handlooms, each thread interlaced slowly in the tradition of Italian textile craftsmanship.
Its textured, slightly irregular weave is a natural feature of hand weaving that makes every garment unique.
The simple silhouette has a gently rounded neckline and centre button fastening. Wear it over a shirt or light top. Front patch pockets add function and structure without bulk.
Antique-finish buttons are sewn by hand with hemp thread, reflecting the care taken at every stage of garment making.
Every stage, from cultivation and weaving to cutting and sewing, takes place in the Vicenza area through a short, controlled local supply chain.
